ELBOW CONDITIONS

The elbow joint connects the forearm bones to the arm bone. It functions to bend and straighten the arm. This allows the hand to be positioned to reach and grasp objects.

Problems with structures passing around the elbow can give rise to symptoms and altered function.

This is a condition in which the ulnar nerve becomes compressed as it passes around the bone on the inside of the elbow. Symptoms include tingling in the fingers and in severe cases can lead to weakness in the small muscles of the hand. READ MORE
